"Anritsu Company recently implemented the Profiles International’s 360 Checkpoint assessment tool for all its middle and senior level managers in the US. This performance management instrument was easy to use and gave valuable insights to our managers and their bosses on how effective they are in eighteen job skills essential to effective performance.

Because of the concise reporting that this tool delivers, these managers and their bosses could quickly see what competencies need to be improved upon and where their strengths are. From the information provided, it was easy to develop individual development and action plans to start raising the overall quality level of our management team.

This is now part of our performance management development program and will be given on an annual basis. This instrument provides a helpful comparison report to show what improvements were made from prior year."
