This helps you identify and interview the participants with the right “job fit”, improving your quality of hire and time to hire. There are over 100 job categories in 6 suites; General Business, Health, Hospitality, Property Management, Auto Dealerships, and Salons. We also offer custom job categories and benchmarking to create reports that are specific to your company and use your successful employees as a template to help create a “success profile” that you can duplicate.

Uses bell curves, benchmark indicators, contextual text and a Job Fit percentage score to show how a participant will fit a specific job.
