Before venturing out as an entrepreneur, Cathy worked in the corporate world for many years and served in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of Sunrise Technologies, Inc., Senior Sales and Marketing Executive at Fuji Optical Systems, Ltd., and Public Relations Staffer at Apple Computer. Cathy is also a nationally recognized speaker known for engaging and motivating her audiences. Her passion for helping others spills over into many aspects of her personal life as well. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Business and Economic School at Boise State University, mentors MBA students, and works as an adjunct professor teaching advanced leadership courses. Cathy’s true pride and joy are her children, Dennis and Rachele, who never cease to amaze her with their own volunteer efforts. Cathy is a fair-weather golfer and avid wine enthusiast. AL works with companies to ensure legal compliance and to effectively address problem issues such as independent contractor relationships, trade secret matters, wage and hour classifications, poor work performance, employee complaints and reductions in force. Additionally, AL provides advice on employment issues that arise during corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and public filings.
