Personal Leadership Development program to enhance their individual
leadership capabilities. Managers will understand what it takes
to lead, motivate and facilitate change. Managers will have the
tools to assess their teams and develop an action plan for improvement.
Each participant will understand the importance of trust and they
will learn how to manage conflict resolution.
