Fast Track-4-Success™

By working with management and team leaders in your organizations we can assist you in creating a customized formal training program which provides on–the-job training. The program will be designed to provide the recent college graduate the following:

• Accelerate the integration into the company and assist them to become more productive more quickly
• Develop the skills needed to succeed during their first assignment and beyond
• Provide opportunities for them to build a network of colleagues, from all regions of the firm, that will grow throughout your career
• Strengthen their work relationship with your manager/direct super

During the first year with your organization they will participate in an on-going Orientation. This development program integrates formal learning, on-the-job experiences, networking, readings on industry topics and performance support. Through the use of these tools, trainees will learn the technical information necessary to excel in their role. They will also be assigned a Mentor who will assist the trainee in understanding the organization and mission, as well as guide their overall career development.

After two years in the Fast Track program, top performers will be identified and invited to join the Future Leadership Program. This program provides each trainee with enhanced development tools and an opportunity to rotate to other business units within the organization in order to broaden their exposure to the Firm.
