We're so impressed with our most recent Cultural Health Indicator™ (CHI) results, we would like to share this awesome story with you!

A technology company, located in Silicon Valley, was concerned there were cultural issues within their organization. After implementing the CHI survey, they were pleasantly surprised that the overall results showed their organization as pretty healthy.
