Sample Letters to Your Employees
Develop a customized
communication plan from leadership.
Customize the 83 Quantitative Statements to be industry-pecific verbiage.
Customize up to five open-ended questions.
Distribute unique URL that generates Internet passwords as participants
log on.
Host the Indicator™ for 14-21 days on our secure server.
Administer and monitor the survey. The survey takes approximately 25
minutes to complete.
Provide updates to identify the level of participation.
Close the survey, collect the data and analyze the results.
Allow you immediate access to the quantitative results.
Generate a comprehensive report that will include:
Approach and methodology.
Executive summary.
Graphical report of quantitative data.
Interpretation of quantitative data including - current state, implications
and specific recommendations.
Thematic analysis of open-ended questions.
Gap analysis of "current state" and "future state".
Recommendations for moving forward, closing the gaps and "raising
the bar". This will include a very detailed action plan.
Provide hard copies of the final report.
Present findings to management via PowerPoint presentation.

The Cultural Health Indicator™ can be administered by paper and
pencil or it can be completed on the Internet.
The survey statements are
reviewed to ensure that the language we use is applicable to any given
industry. For instance, in places where we use CEO, we can replace that
title with Principal, Sr. Leadership, Manager, etc. However, the spirit
and content of the statements cannot be changed.
Every survey is customized
to include open-ended questions to help you get at additional areas
of concern as well as areas of strength. We believe the "stories
support the numbers and the numbers support the stories."
The information
can be sorted in numerous ways - departments, divisions, job titles,
levels (managers, supervisors, etc.), physical locations, etc. In the
case of a merger or acquisition it will assess and compare Company A
to Company B.
